The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The Jacuzzi issue was resolved with a refund. Hot water and WiFi worked well. The breakfast was good, and the kitchenette offered cooking freedom. The location is great, just behind the historical center. Easy to walk to main attractions. Front desk and restaurant service were outstanding.

Limited room amenities. It was cold inside.

Truly enjoyed Cuenca, the hotel was beautiful close to the centre of the city. The staff was especially helpful and amiable at all times. As for me, the location was particularly good, so close to all the tourist attractions and supermarket and Cuenca. Cuenca Historic Centre district was worth exploring.
